Shipping & Delivery within Australia

The Sole Empire offers free Standard shipping within Australia on all orders.

We endeavor to have all Australia deliveries arrive within 5-10 working days.

All orders are sent from our Melbourne warehouse.

If you live in WA, NT, Far North Queensland or remote rural areas you may need to allow a few extra days for postage.

We also offer Express Post at a low cost of $10 within Australia on all orders.

Deliveries will arrive within 2 days (if the order was made before 2pm).

Australia Post;

Australia Post will deliver between 9.00 am and 5.00 pm Monday to Friday.
If your parcel cannot be delivered for some reason, Australia Post will leave a calling card and you will be able to pick up your parcel at your convenience from your post office. Should your item not arrive within the estimated delivery time please contact our customer service team.

Shipping & Delivery for International Orders

The Sole Empire ships to ALL International countries.
Standard International Shipping Cost $15.

Delivery; (may be subject to delays due to causes outside of our control. Estimated delivery days to metropolitan areas of major cities.)
International Standard Delivery arrive within 10-15 working days.

We also offer International Express Post at a low cost of $30.

International Express Delivery will arrive 2 to 6 business days to metro areas of major cities. And allow and Extra 2 days for rural areas.

DUTIES & TAXES on International Orders

All International orders are exempt from the Australian Goods & Services Tax (GST) of 10%.
Possible taxes and duties that may be applied by customs at the order destination are not included in the product prices or shipping charges.
The customer is solely responsible for checking and paying any custom duties, foreign taxes or any other additional charges which may apply.
The Sole Empire is required by Australian export regulations to declare the exact value of all items ordered and are unable to label any order as a ‘gift’ regardless
of whether or not the intention is to gift the item/s ordered.

Tracking your order

Within 48 hours of payment you will receive a confirmation email with the tracking details for you to follow your purchase from our

warehouse direct to your door.
