Warranty
The Sole Empire wishes to guarantee maximum customer satisfaction in terms of purchasing experience and quality.
We are dedicated to providing high quality goods and our team takes great care to carefully inspect each item prior to shipping it to you.
We provide a 12 month warranty on all of our products from the purchase date.
If a manufacturing fault occurs under normal use (not including general wear and tear) within 12 months of the purchase date, please contact our customer service team at info@thesoleempire.com with a copy of your proof of purchase and a detailed description of the fault. Warranty will not be honored if the item has been mistreated.
If proven to be a manufacturing fault the item will be happily replaced free of charge with the same or comparable item.
In the unlikely event that an item you receive is legitimately incorrect or deemed to be faulty product please contact our customer service team at info@thesoleempire.com within 48 hours of receiving the goods with your purchase details and detailed description of the fault/issue to obtain a “Return Authorization Number" and the relevant terms and conditions.
Once the items have been received they will undergo a quality review. When cleared you will receive your new item within 7 business days (within Australia) and up to 15 business days for international delivery. If we are unable to supply you with a replacement, you will receive an email notification of a store credit or refund.
Returns
Change of mind returns on full price (non sale) items can be made for any reason within 48 hours from the date of delivery.
An exchange or store credit will be provided.

Goods delivered within Australia must be returned within 7 days after receiving the RA number. International customers we allow up to 14 days.

Cost associated with shipping will be the responsibility of the sender and all tags and packaging must be in original condition. The Sole Empire will not be held liable if the item is lost in transit and therefore recommends that you send all returns by traceable, insured Registered Post or via courier.
All exchanges are subject to availability.
Returns can only be accepted if item is in original condition with all labels and original packaging fully intact. We cannot accept returns where labels have been removed and/or the product is in a used condition.
Store credits are valid for 12 months from date of issue.
We reserve the right to deem any outstanding credit values null and void after the expiration date.
